We are a CUSTOM CERAKOTE company. All our Cerakote items are custom coated upon ordering. Our 'in stock' items represent what we have available 'RAW'(uncoated) in stock available to coat in the color you choose. Our processing times can run anywhere from 3 to 60 days depending on the color you chose, the current work load and the order in which your order was received(This time frame can have a wider range depending on the current industry demand). We do not have the ability to offer exact time frames. Order updates are available by logging in to your account and if beyond 30 days, by selecting 'orders placed in the current year'. Please understand we are working with extremely heavy work loads and may not be able to answer every email. We sincerely thank you for your business, patience and understanding. Our customers are very important to us.
30-DAY RETURN/REFUND/WARRANTY POLICY
All of our products
are guaranteed from manufacturer defects for thirty (30) days from date the shipping carrier shows product was delivered.
Fee* There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items due to color
choice or product style. Customer is
responsible for freight/shipping cost. Only
manufacturer flawed items(we do not manufacture any products), will be
exchanged or refunded without a restocking fee.
Within this 30 Day Period Products are
warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. No other
warranty is made or provided herein.
For products that arrive in damaged or manufacturer flawed condition the
products will be refunded the total of the purchased price or exchanged upon return.
*All Cerakote items with more than a single color are considered ‘art’
and are only refunded on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to
refuse a refund for all 'art' based orders.
**All single color(No
Battleworn/No Gun Candy/No Stenciling) Cerakote items are refundable within 30
days once they are received as long as they are uninstalled and undamaged and in the condition they
left Antiques&Artillery in.
****Upon receiving the undamaged and uninstalled part or accessory
still in original packaging, you will be refunded the total cost of the product
returned minus discounts and the 15% restocking fee.
*****All non-Cerakote products may be exchanged or returned up to
60 days from date
of purchase (herein defined as the date a product is ordered and payment is
submitted through the Site). After 60
days the product will need to be returned to the Manufacturer(We do not
manufacture any products).
Cerakote Cancellation Policy:
Our Cerakote wait time warnings are required to be acknowledged prior to completing your order. When placing your order for Cerakote parts you are agreeing to the possibility of a 60 day processing time prior to shipping. If your order goes beyond the 60 day processing time you may request to cancel your order as long as your order has not been shipped. If your order has entered the shipping process your order can not be cancelled.
Lead time cancellations will not be refunded due to the acceptance of lead times during the checkout process. We are upfront about the possible wait time.
There is a 20% cancellation fee to cover time spent by employees processing said order, supply costs incurred during process of order and restocking of parts ordered from suppliers specifically for your order.
Upper Assemblies are NON-REFUNDABLE if assembled.
Non Cerakote Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation for non Cerakote orders within 72 business hours(not including weekends or government holidays) of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, orders can not be cancelled.
There may be a 3 to 60 business day processing time prior to shipping on all Cerakote orders. Non-Cerakote orders will ship within 72 hours. Shipping may take 1 to 7 business days depending on the destination. We ship most packages USPS. Larger packages may ship via UPS. All orders ship with a tracking number available under your account when an account is created and you are logged in. If you did not create an account or log in during the check out process you will not have access to your tracking information and can email us for tracking information. Once your order has shipped your order is no longer in our responsibility and all liability for your orders delivery lies on the shipping service.
If your order becomes lost during shipping we will be unable to assist unless your order required USPS Priority Mail Service which most times offer some USPS insurance. (Status does not show delivered or picked up by customer, etc.)
If your order tracking shows 'DELIVERED' we are not liable for missing, mis-delivered or theft of package from your property or the area your order was delivered to. It is your responsibility to properly assess your delivery location and provide a secure delivery address for all orders to be shipped to. Please contact your local USPS and request assistance and Geotracking to verify your order was delivered to your address and in a secured location. USPS may be liable for missing packages that show delivered. Any insurance claims filed for orders that show 'DELIVERED' tracking status will be done as a courtesy and we are not liable for the outcome.
Important information about payments during a declined transaction.
If you are using a debit/credit card and your card is declined, your credit card company places a hold on the funds. The length of time this hold exists is set by your credit card company. Your credit card company controls when the funds are released again. The funds do not leave your account.
Antiques&Artillery does not take any funds out of your account when a transaction is declined. Antiques&Artillery also has no control over how long the funds are on hold.
